First and Foremost, Kauai Yoga on the Beach does not currently offer free or paid services to anyone on the EU. Kauai Yoga on the Beach does not have a EU representative, as required by Article 27 of the GDPR. Kauai Yoga on the Beach is dedicated to privacy protection and staying GDPR compliant.

Infusionsoft: We email customers using Infusionsoft. When processing payments, a User’s name and email address will be added to Infusionsoft to be used when we send email announcements about product updates and relevant company news/promotions. Users may also be added to our email list if they explicitly give consent while filling out a contact form, or when entering an email address in exchange for a free report. MailChimp: The newsletter opt-in option on the contact form transmits the User’s email address to MailChimp. No emails are sent from this platform but are instead passed to Infusionsoft (see above). Please read the MailChimp Privacy Policy for more details.

Activity Log: This is a security plugin used on our website to protect against hackers. This plugin tracks who has logged into the site and records their IP address and any changes they made to the backend of the system. Please read the Activity Log Privacy Policy for more information.
